Item description: The ICRC was founded in 1863 - one of the oldest NGO's ever, it continues on to this day with major world relief efforts and hundreds of thousands of volunteers. This tee was found with a group of other shirts dating back to the 70s and 80s, so we are placing it in that time frame. 100% cotton
Size: tag says xl, but fits like a small
Condition: GREAT 8/10 - gently used
