Q: I live in the area, can I do a local pick-up?
A: Yes! You can choose pickup as your shipping option at checkout.

Q: I purchased an item online and even though I read the items details carefully, it doesn’t fit the way I expected. Can I return it?
A: Items sold on our site or in-store are not eligible for returns, however we do accept exchanges within 7 days of purchase. Please read our exchange policy below.

While we do our best to inspect items for flaws and note them in the description, if you've purchased an item on-line and feel as though there was something major not disclosed to you, please email us. We are human and definitely make mistakes.

Q: How do you price your items?
A: There is a fine balance between condition, brand, availability and desireability. It's....involved. :) Is the item highly sought after but hard to find? Is the item super unique and one of a kind? Is the marketplace saturated with this item and is it selling? What size is it? What brand name is it and how much did it retail for? Side note, retail value in most cases does not determine resale value. If you purchased an item for $600, it may only have a resale value of $30. Needless to say, I think it's clear that a lot of consideration goes into pricing!

All Items sold at good market are pre-owned - please read each item’s condition and measurements carefully and refer to the condition rating scale found below each item on it's product page.

If you have changed your mind, you are welcome to exchange the item within 7 days. Items must be shipped/brought back to the store with tags attached in order to qualify for an exchange.
