Q: I live in the area, can I do a local pick-up?
A: Yes! You can choose pickup as your shipping option at checkout.

Q: I purchased an item online and even though I read the items details carefully, it doesn’t fit the way I expected. Can I return it?
A: Items sold on our site or in-store are not eligible for returns, however we do accept exchanges within 14 days of purchase. Please read our exchange policy below.

While we do our best to inspect items for flaws and note them in the description, if you've purchased an item on-line and feel as though there was something major not disclosed to you, please email us. We are human and definitely make mistakes.

returns + exchanges

All Items sold at good market are pre-owned - please read each item’s condition and measurements carefully and refer to the condition rating scale found below each item on it's product page.

If you have changed your mind, you are welcome to exchange the item within 14 days in store. Items must be shipped/brought back to the store with tags attached in order to qualify for an exchange. We do not issue credit for the store, items must be exchanged for something of equal value at the time of exchange. If you are purchasing something of higher value you would just pay the difference. If something is of lower value, we cannot issue a credit for the remaining amount.

Sale items are final sale.
