We offer real-time carrier rates through Canada Post, as well as flat rate shipping through our third party provider, Stallion Express. While Canada Post is on strike, we will use Stallion Express for all shipments. All shipping comes with tracking and insurance.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
Please allow us 1-2 business days to process your order. If you are based in Toronto, you can expect 1 day shipping. If you are based in Ontario, you can expect 2-3 days shipping. If you are based in any province, near a major city, you can expect 2-3 days shipping. If you are rural in any province you can expect 3-5 days shipping.
Shipping rates are automatically applied at checkout. Duties are calculated and paid by you when the item enters your country - the amount you paid (not the value of the item) is what is submitted for duties calculations.
We offer free shipping on orders $100+ for Canada. We are currently not shipping to the US, as rates are 5x the regular amount.
local pick up
At checkout you can choose to pick-up your order locally, or have it shipped to your door. If you order is over $100 and free shipping is automatically applied to your cart, but you want to pick up in store, please choose pick up from the shipping options to let the staff know your preference. :)
Picking up your order: If you opted out of shipping, you will receive an email within 1-2 business days when your item is ready for pickup. Orders can be picked up at 912 Queen St E during regular business hours.
