We offer real-time carrier rates, as well as flat rate shipping through our third party provider, Stallion Express. All shipping comes with tracking and insurance.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
Please allow us 2 business days to process your order. If you are in Ontario, you can expect 2-3 days shipping. If you are in any province, near a major city, you can expect 2-3 days shipping. If you are rural in any province you can expect 3-5 days shipping. If you are very rural (you know who you are), it'll get there when it gets there. ;)
USA CUSTOMERS:
Duties and taxes are included - that means the shipping price you see is what you pay. No suprises.
We currently offer free shipping on orders $100+ for Canada and the US.
local pick up
At checkout you can choose to pick-up your order locally, or have it shipped to your door. If you order is over $100 and free shipping is automatically applied to your cart, but you want to pick up in store, please choose pick up from the shipping options to let the staff know your preference. :)
Picking up your order: If you opted out of shipping, you will receive an email within 1-2 business days when your item is ready for pickup. Orders can be picked up at 912 Queen St E during regular business hours.
