Refund policy
All Items sold at good market are pre-owned - please read each item’s condition and measurements carefully and refer to the condition rating scale found below each item on it's product page.
If you have changed your mind, you are welcome to exchange the item within 14 days. Items must be shipped/brought back to the store with tags attached in order to qualify for an exchange. Items can either be exchanged for other product or a digital gift card will be issued to you via email. Please note that we cannot see the gift code ID and it does not appear in your loyalty account on our end as credit.
